Turnaround time (NOT including ship time) is currently 2-4 days. I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery, but will ship out as quickly as possible.
Shipping will be priority, in a large box. Care will be taken to give your hat plenty of space, but dents/dings can happen but are easily fixable with a steamer or small amounts of heat and reshaping.
I’m going to be very honest, wool and wool content hats temporarily smell a little funky after burning (it is, after all, burnt hair.) but this faces, and can be masked with your preferred dryer sheet or mild perfume if lightly and gently rubbed into the felt of the hat.
